What happens after I create an account?

With email signup, confirm your email first. You’ll then see a short profile setup. The optional questions can be skipped. Open Suppliers in your dashboard, choose a team and send a product link or photo to start the conversation.

Can I get a price before I start selling?

Yes. Send a product link and ask for the total including shipping to your target countries. Confirm the exact item, available variants and any minimum order before setting your selling price.

Can suppliers ship one customer order at a time?

Ask the supplier to confirm this for your product. Stock items, personalised products and packaging can have different minimums. Agree them before accepting orders.

I already have a supplier. Why use SupplierMafia?

Use your existing product links or SKU sheet to compare another supplier’s delivered prices and dispatch times. If you decide to work together, keep the messages, order sheets and invoices in that supplier conversation.

Can every order have a different name?

Some suppliers support individual personalisation. Confirm the available fonts, colours and designs, the cost per item, and the preparation time. Ask how they want each customer’s details sent.

How long will an order take to reach my customer?

Ask for preparation time and delivery time separately, for the exact product and destination. Confirm the dispatch location, carrier and when tracking will be shared. Timelines depend on the supplier and order.

How do payments work?

You pay the supplier directly using your agreed payment method. SupplierMafia keeps invoice records and optional payment proof, but does not process or hold funds.

How are suppliers vetted?

We check suppliers’ warehouses, fulfilment systems, team members, operating processes, agreements and sourcing capabilities before listing them. Review does not guarantee every product or order. Ask for current product photos and confirm the price, dispatch time and payment terms with the supplier before ordering.

What if there is a problem with an order?

Contact your supplier with the order reference and supporting photos or files. You can also raise a dispute for an admin to review the platform record. That review does not guarantee a refund or recovery of funds.
