Before you write

If your question is about how the platform works, the FAQ on the home page probably covers it. If you're signed in, the in-app Support thread answers most common questions instantly and routes the rest to the team with your account already attached.

For suppliers

Interested in joining the supplier network? Email hello@suppliermafia.com with a short note on your warehouse location, the product categories you cover, and a couple of recent client references. We vet every supplier before they go live.

For press

Same email. Include a deadline and we'll prioritise accordingly.

For legal / abuse

If something on the platform needs urgent attention, write to hello@suppliermafia.com with Urgent in the subject. We escalate within hours during business days.

Response times. One business day for most messages, often faster. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, your email probably got caught in a spam filter, send it again or try a different address.
